1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "jjjt", " we", "us", or "our" refers to jjjt and its affiliated operating entities, accessible at jjjt.ws.
• "Platform" means the jjjt website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming and betting services available at jjjt.ws.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the Platform, holding your profile, wallet balance, and transaction history.
• "Services" means all products offered by jjjt, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, jackpot bingo, and the Money Coming VIP programme.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency of the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, or matched deposit amounts granted to your account under a jjjt promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process mandated by jjjt's licensing obligations.

2. Eligibility & Registration

Access to and use of the jjjt Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, which you represent and warrant to be true at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. jjjt strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21. Age verification may be requested at any time, including at registration, prior to first withdrawal, or at jjjt's discretion.
• You are registering as an individual in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party, business, or entity.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of jjjt or any of its affiliated companies, studio partners, or software providers.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the jjjt Platform or had your account permanently closed by jjjt for a violation of these Terms.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered account only on the Platform. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You are obligated to update this information promptly if any of it changes. jjjt reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided, and to suspend your account pending satisfactory completion of verification.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely and entirely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. Specifically:

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your account, whether or not that person is known to you.
• You must use a strong, unique password for your jjjt account that you do not use on any other service.
• jjjt will never contact you by any channel to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from jjjt that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.
• You must notify jjjt's support team without delay if you have reason to believe that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

jjjt accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. All transactions carried out via your account while your credentials are valid will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have reported a compromise to jjjt prior to those transactions occurring.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jjjt Platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity:

4.1 Deposits. Deposits may be made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Minimum deposit amounts are published in the Banking section of your account dashboard. Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. jjjt does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification requirements. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account. jjjt aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours of submission, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Before any withdrawal is processed, jjjt reserves the right to request the following documents from you:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (CNIC, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of your registered address dated within the last 90 days.
• Evidence of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa registered mobile number).
• Source of funds documentation where required by jjjt's compliance obligations.

4.4 Refused Transactions. jjjt reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where it has reason to believe that the transaction is fraudulent, involves proceeds of unlawful activity, or violates these Terms & Conditions.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jjjt offers various bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, and promotional credits to eligible players from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all promotions offered on the Platform:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any associated funds or winnings become withdrawable. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the individual promotion's terms and conditions.
• Bonus Funds are applied to your account separately from your real-money balance. Real-money funds are wagered first unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each promotion. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, non-negotiable, and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• jjjt reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect Bonus Funds already credited to an account where wagering has commenced in good faith.
• Systematic or coordinated exploitation of bonus offers — including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage betting with bonus funds, or use of multiple accounts to claim offers multiple times — will result in forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and may result in account suspension.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion terms explicitly permit concurrent bonus use.

6. Gameplay & Betting Rules

The following general rules apply across all jjjt gaming and betting products. Product-specific rules for sports betting, live casino, slots, and jackpot bingo are published in the relevant sections of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6.1 Sports Betting. All sports bets are accepted subject to jjjt's current odds and market availability. jjjt reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is cancelled, suspended, or determined to have been affected by irregular activity. Cricket markets — including PSL, international test series, and T20 tournaments — are subject to the specific cricket betting rules published on the sportsbook.

6.2 Live Casino. Live dealer games are streamed in real time. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the game outcome will stand as determined by the game server record. jjjt accepts no liability for losses attributable to connectivity issues on the player's side.

6.3 Slots & RNG Games. All slot titles and random number generator (RNG) table games use certified RNG systems independently audited for fairness and randomness. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panel.

6.4 Jackpot Bingo. Jackpot Bingo room rules, prize structures, and ticketing terms are published within each bingo room interface. All prize determinations are final subject to confirmation by jjjt's system records.

6.5 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting the outcome of a game or bet, the affected round will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account. jjjt's decision on matters of technical malfunction is final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jjjt Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform or gain an advantage in gameplay.
• Collusion with other players, including but not limited to sharing cards in bingo, sharing hole cards in poker, or coordinating bets to manipulate outcomes.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or placing bets based on insider knowledge or corrupt information relating to any sporting event.
• Money laundering, including using the Platform to transfer, conceal, or convert proceeds of unlawful activity.
• Chargebacks — initiating payment disputes or reversals with your bank or payment provider for deposits already utilised on the Platform. Chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and recovery action.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or location during registration or KYC procedures.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, circumvent limits, or evade a previously imposed suspension or exclusion.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward jjjt staff or other users via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.

jjjt reserves the right to take any and all actions it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, reversal of transactions, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

8. Responsible Gaming

jjjt is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all products on the Platform. Gambling is intended to be an entertainment activity and should never be pursued as a source of income or to resolve financial difficulties. If you feel that your gambling has become problematic, jjjt strongly encourages you to make use of the tools and resources available:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your account.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic alerts and session terminations after a specified period of continuous play.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without jjjt's prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jjjt's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jjjt account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jjjt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other economic loss, whether or not jjjt was advised of the possibility of such loss. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.

jjjt does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, third-party network outages, and technical events beyond jjjt's reasonable control may affect Platform availability. jjjt accepts no liability for losses attributable to Platform unavailability where reasonable advance notice of maintenance was provided or where the outage was beyond jjjt's control.

11. Suspension & Termination

jjjt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time, without prior notice, where jjjt reasonably believes that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• You have provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any point.
• Your account has been used for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes.
• Regulatory, compliance, or licensing obligations require us to do so.
• Continued operation of your account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other users.

You may close your account at any time by contacting jjjt support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any Bonus Funds still subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jjjt holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable international arbitration body, whose decisions shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent jjjt from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

13. Amendments

jjjt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jjjt will provide notice to registered users via email or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The current version of the Terms & Conditions is always accessible from the footer of every page on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision.
